I know how it feels to be stuck and wanting help. Searching everywhere looking for the answers. Hating the cookie cutter, low calorie diets and the same old boring exercise routine. Constant yo yoing, restricting and binging, trying to force my body to respond the way I wanted.

I founded DoU Fitness, with the purpose of wanting to help others to not go through what I struggled with for so many years.

With my one on one coaching, I offer a life change vs a quick fix. In order to reach your goals and maintain your results long term, you must change your habits.
